I'm an AI Product Leader & Strategist based in Amsterdam. My approach is grounded in fast, value-focused experiments that solve real problems. I believe in using AI strategically, only where it genuinely adds value and drives results.

How I Work

I am used to entering complex situations, listening first, and then cutting through noise so leaders can see the few decisions that really matter for the roadmap.

My diverse background in effective communication (Linguistics), technology (AI), and strategy (Business), trained me to see (cross) opportunities where others don't and translate solutions so that everybody is onboard towards the same mission.

In past roles I often became the “go-to” person when stakeholders disagreed, because I stay calm, make trade-offs explicit, and help the group reach a decision they can stand behind. I also care a lot about people development: I naturally support colleagues who want to grow in their careers and I like to share tools and ways of working that make teams more confident and independent.

Automated Intake

Replaced a manual screening process with a scalable and fast web experience. The result? ~89% of users enjoyed the new flow, while 150x faster screening led to operational costs dropping significantly. Simple, intuitive design drove massive behavioral change.

Fewer Steps, Higher Conversion

Redesigned a sign up flow and integrated a partner API to eliminate unnecessary friction. The outcome was clear: ~2× conversion rates across the funnel. Proof that removing obstacles is often more powerful than adding features.

Enablement at Scale

Trained ~700 colleagues and integrated developer assist tools that transformed how teams shipped features. Delivery time on repetitive tasks improved by ~80%, freeing engineers to focus on high-impact work. Scalable enablement unlocks exponential productivity.
